All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. Expedited shipping options and alternative couriers are available upon request; additional fees may apply.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is included for items valued at $300 or more. If your package does not automatically include signature confirmation and you would like to add it, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing Time
Items are processed, packaged, and shipped within one to two business days (excluding weekends and U.S./religious holidays). If payment does not clear, processing may be delayed, or the transaction may be canceled.
Residents Outside the United States
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties and fees. Please research your country’s import policies prior to purchase.

Insurance
All packages are fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can submit an insurance claim.
For damaged items, do not discard the packaging, as photos may be required for the claim. Customers are responsible for completing any required insurance claim documentation. A full refund will be issued once the claim is approved by the insurance provider.
While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that packages will not be lost in transit. However, we will do our best to assist in locating any missing shipments.
