Down Payment:
- A 20% non-refundable down payment of the total amount (not including taxes or shipping) is due on the first day to hold the item. If the customer chooses to return or cancel the transaction, he/she will be returned the downpayment as store credit. Store credit will be available for 60 days after cancellation or return of item. The customer may only receive a full refund if the item was misinterpreted.
Payments:
- All layaway plans will be for the duration of 4 to 5 months. The amount and frequency of payments will be discussed between the customer and I. It is the customer's responsibility to make their regular payments on time.
Shipping:
- Normal shipping policies will proceed after item has been paid in full.
