14K Rosy Gold Antique Band, Sallie/Lallie, Size 5.5

Circa late 1800s to early 1900s. 

I don’t know what’s better, the engraving or the antique color on this band. The color is a very pretty rosy old gold, probably because of the slight patina. The hand engraved name can either be “Sallie” or “Lallie,” take your pick! This band is the perfect staple to your collection.

5.42 mm wide, comes out about 0.67 mm

Weight on my scale is 2.1 g. It is stamped as 18K but tests like 14K. There is also an anchor next to the 18K.

Size on my mandrel is slightly under a 6 but fits a 5.5 better due to width.
