14K Orange Blossom ArtCarved Band, JR Wood, Size 8.75

In 1850, J.R. Wood was established in Brooklyn and was well known for their wedding rings. By the 1920s JR Wood was creating carved designs and developed the “ArtCarved” name. In 1970, the company merged into Lenox, Inc. By 1975, JR Wood changed names to Art-Carved Inc.

This beautiful orange blossom band has a beautiful gold color with dark patina on the crevices. The edges are smooth making it comfortable on the finger. The 6 orange blossoms and fine milgrain are almost in perfect condition!

Width is 3.35 mm and comes out about 1.49 mm.

Weight on my scale is 2.9g.

There is a 14K stamp and a sideways “W” for J.R. Wood and an “Art carved” maker’s mark.

Size on my mandrel is a 8.75 and not sizable.
