Vintage Platinum Old European Cut Diamond Eternity Band, Size 7

Circa 1920s

A beautiful Art Deco Platinum eternity band with 25 OEC and 3 single cut diamonds. The diamonds appear to be SI (Slightly Included) to VS (Very Slightly Included) and color is not easily seen, most likely in the faint to near colorless range in the face up position. One diamond is an I1 (Included) when seen under magnification. There are two diamonds with a chip/break but are not easily spotted without magnification. One of these diamonds still has the chipped piece attached under the prong, was difficult to spot without magnification. This diamond is secure in the setting, however, caution is still advised due to the age of the piece. All the diamonds are full of fire, making this the perfect stacker.

Width is 2.65 mm and comes out about 1.5 mm.

Weight on my scale is 2.3 g. Based on measurement, the estimated diamond weight is 0.90 cts. T

here are no stamps. There are signs of past work, possibly resizing. Some engraving still remains on the top and bottom.

Size on my mandrel is a 7 and not sizable.
